God has designed the church to function in such a way that those who lead do so by example and with great concern first for the will of the Chief Shepherd, and then for the good of the people in their charge. Those who are to follow, young men especially, are to do so in such a way that seeks the commendation first of the Chief Shepherd, and then pursues the good of others in the church as well. In all of this, both young and old are to bow heart and soul before the Lord, entrusting themselves humbly to God lest they find themselves opposing God! After all, he cares for the humble in all things, even in any offense or injustice we might suffer from one another as we seek the good of our neighbors. So let us be humble towards one another and live in his care!
